Is the Admin Console included with the mobile app?
Yes. Every branded app includes the browser-based console used to manage content, notifications, resources, approved AI sources, administrators, and basic analytics.
Is the web portal a separate custom app for every school?
No. Connected schools receive a securely configured and branded experience inside the universal Auzi Portal. Unique software beyond the standard product is scoped separately.
Can we start with only the public app?
Yes. School App is designed for public communication and approved public school information. Secure accounts and private resources can be added later.
Does Auzi charge per parent or student?
The public plans are priced per school or campus and standard use, not per download or parent account. High-volume usage and special services are disclosed before signing.
How long does launch take?
A standard launch is typically 6–10 weeks after contract and receipt of complete content. Publisher verification and app-store review can extend the timeline.
Is Auzi FERPA certified?
FERPA is not a simple product certification. Auzi is designed to support schools’ FERPA obligations through contracts, access controls, school-specific data boundaries, privacy practices, and documented responsibilities.
